This privacy statement is made in accordance with art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679, for the benefit of all visitors (the “Visitors”) of the website https://www.gruppocmtrading.it (hereinafter the “Website“) in order to inform them on the purposes and terms for processing their personal data. Visitors who subscribe to the Website newsletter are invited to read a special privacy statement, which is shown below under the heading “Newsletter Privacy Statement”.

Data Controller

The Controller of your personal data is C.M. Trading S.r.l., a single-member private limited company under Italian law acting by its legal representative pro tempore.

Processed Data

a) Navigation Data

The IT systems and software procedures used for the operation of this Website involve the acquisition of personal data whose transmission is implied by the use of internet communication protocols.

These data are not collected in order to be associated with any identified data subjects, but, by their very nature, might be used to identify Visitors through specific processing operations and associations with other data held by third parties.
